Why Stay Here

Rooms are smaller but very comfortable and clean. Entire building is maintained very well. All staff were exceptionally helpful. We didn't hear the train or traffic at all. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed in Revelstoke for one night and we were looking for a reasonably priced, clean, well-located hotel and this place did just that. The service was lovely and the room was a good size and spotlessly clean. We were a 10min walk from the main part of town.

An absolutely spotless Motel with fantastic staff. Highly underrated. If you want pristine clean rooms that are quiet and accessible the Swiss Chalet Motel is the spot for you. Our family had an excellent stay and staff were wonderful.

C’est un motel donc il faut le prendre tel quel mais l’accueil était extrêmement charmant et sympathique , ça fait toute la différence dès le début . Un coin boisson à dispo , une chambre correcte , place de parking en face , rien à redire . Certes l’emplacement est face rue et voie de chemin de fer mais c’est aussi très proche du petit centre ville fort agréable . Bref une belle petite adresse pour loger à Revelstoke , que ça soit en transit ou pas

Wonderful room and service. Common sense will tell you that when staying at a hotel that is near the tracks (most of Revelstoke) that you need to use ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Using my ear plugs, I had a wonderful sleep as the beds and pillows were amazing. Yes the rooms are tidy but enough room to sleep and unpack in! Will definitely be back.

We stayed at this hotel in April, and after we returned home, we realized that our daughter had accidentally left her wallet in the room. The staff found it and kindly contacted us to ask how we would like it returned. We asked if they could mail it to us, and they did. Our daughter was absolutely thrilled to get her wallet back! We were so impressed by their honesty and thoughtfulness. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was simple but very nice. Thank you for your excellent service and kindness. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to stay here again on our next visit.
